Cancellation Policy

I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. If the service required a deposit and a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours, no cancellation fee will be applied, but you will not get your deposit back. Late policy: I have a 10 minute grace period for late clients. If clients are running late, it is greatly appreciated If you give me a call or text letting me know. In that case I would be able to reschedule those clients or possibly fit them in still otherwise clients that do not contact me when running late will be counted as a no-show after 10 minutes. *When booking an appointment your credit card that is put on file is not charged for the service (unless the service requires a deposit).
